nowadays many people began to doubt the ability of his own, stuck with the mindset that are more just concerned with the outward appearance .

in fact there are many things within us that can be explore and used as the foundation of self-confidence and convince ourselves that we are precious.

and how we can begin to build self-confidence without poisoned by the sight of other people's lives?

these're some simple things that you should try to do :

get up from your chair and began to take a walk, look around you, various kinds of other people's lives, and begin to compare with yourself, how much more lucky you are,is'nt it?
in some corner where you will find the people who suffer much from you,be thankful!
and grateful can increase self-confidence simply because it makes it easier to think more broadly.

start throwing useless stuff, as you will learn throwing the useless mind in your brain, which makes you always think small.your mind as well as the warehouse, what you enter in your mind that will be the view of your life,clearing the mind from negative stuff will make you be better view life and more excited fatherly doing something you like.

be friends with a group of people who always think positive and give good support to you , friends who always support makes us feel on admit it, stay away from people who are always being unfriendly to you, they just try dropping you, leave them.

be good for others, doing good makes us feel more happy.even just say hi ! to your neighbour when you meet  somewhere.its a good thing.

after you try to do some of the above, please compare it to the time prior to the after?
whether there is a positive change in yourself?

which one is good?

difficult to determine the appropriate template for this blog,i've tried several templates which i think is enough to represent my characters in this blog, the result was still unsatisfactory,
some even had almost no template can be downloaded as page link has expired.
maybe while my blog enough to look like it used be
